With over 20 years in the retail design industry, Freddie brings a rare ability to translate brand narratives into immersive, high-performing physical spaces. As Founder & CEO of SheridanCX, a global leader in brand and retail strategy, he leads the agency’s vision for delivering meaningful customer experiences through design.

Freddie has worked across the UK, US, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, shaping environments for some of the world’s most dynamic brands in beauty, wellness, fitness, FMCG, fashion and consumer goods. He has played a direct role in relationships with brands including Aesop, Fenty by Rihanna, Pat McGrath, Morphe, Diptyque, Space NK, Estée Lauder, PUIG Group, L'Oréal, Me+EM, and Ralph Lauren.

His approach blends commercial strategy with creative precision, ensuring every detail, from spatial planning to sensory storytelling, reinforces a brand’s identity.
